Tilapia and peppers


This a simple and great way to up your protein! 

I pan sear multicolor bell peppers, red onion, and garlic to taste.

Pan grill 10oz of tilapia.

Cover tilapia with peppers and enjoy! 

Simple and super easy when you just don't know what to make for dinner and takes about 15 minutes ;)
